The Starter audit is an 80-point review covering technical crawlability, indexation issues, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, on-page basics, internal linking, and a keyword gap analysis. You receive a written document listing findings by priority, plus a 3-month roadmap.

No. No SEO provider can guarantee specific positions because search algorithms are controlled by Google and Bing, not agencies. We guarantee documented, technically correct work and full transparency into what we are doing and why. We show before-and-after position data for every keyword.
Yes. The custom package builder on the pricing page lets you combine any plan with optional add-ons and consulting hours. The total updates live as you configure. If you have a specific requirement that does not fit the builder, contact us directly.

Within 24 hours you receive an onboarding form asking for your website access details, target keywords, and business goals. Work begins within 2 to 3 business days of that form being returned. You will have a shared Google Doc where all progress is logged.
If you cancel before the onboarding form is returned and no work has started, you receive a full refund. After work has begun, a partial refund is calculated based on the proportion of work not yet completed. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy for details.

We run a full crawl using Screaming Frog, cross-referenced against Google Search Console data. We then fix crawl errors, redirect chains, duplicate content issues, Core Web Vitals failures, missing or broken schema, and page speed bottlenecks. Every fix is listed in a changelog with before-and-after screenshots.
